As the name implies, the Asus 1201NB is an Asus 1201N available only through Best Buy.  This is one of the perks afforded to one of the largest retailers in the US.  The 1201NB currently retails for $449 while the 1201N retails for approximately $480 from various stores online.

The 1201NB is different that the 1201N in several ways including:

- The 1201NB is only available through Bestbuy.com or select Best Buy retail locations
- The 1201NB has a matte casing to help it protect it against fingerprints being able to quickly show up on it
- The 1201NB has 1GB of memory while the 1201N has 2GB.  Both max out at 4GB of RAM.
- The 1201NB doesn’t come with bluetooth while the 1201N does.

You’ll notice that the specs are different when compared to the 1201N other stores are selling but the parts which haven’t changed is that you’ll have a 12″ netbook with a large hard drive and graphics powerful enough to play games.

The ION graphics are the real story here and at $449 this is the best value in the 12 inch category.
