Hi – My name is Chance Stevens and I’m the editor/owner/visionary for Netbook Reports.  I started this site when I started my own search for a netbook and became disappointed by the conversations people were having and how there seemed to be more questions than answers.

A lot has changed since I first started blogging in late 2008 but my commitment hasn’t changed at all.  I search all websites in the US, France, Germany, and Japan to not only find the latest news but to also help it make sense.

As a netbook owner I can attest first hand what advantages certain models have over another as well as be open about the limitations and disadvantages of other netbooks.

My other obsession is HDTVs, and I write about TV parts at TVLampsnbulbs and cover general TV news at HDTV Beat.  On a given day I post 3  – 6 times per day here.  If there’s a lot going on I post more but usually do so between 2pm and 2am.
