The Asus 1001P is now available in a variety of colors starting at $299.  This 10.1″ netbook may not look that extravagant from the outside but it’s a different story when you look at it from the inside.

The nDevil has gone ahead and taken one apart so the rest of us don’t have to.  Once you remove the panel on the bottom of the netbook you’re able to add memory.  If you want to add more than than you’ll have to do some digging around and remove a whole lot of screws.  The 1001P isn’t the ideal netbook for a modder but any netbook pron is worth the look.
