The Sony VPCW211AX is a 10.1″ netbook which joins the ranks of the 1005PE, and 1001P by being powered with the Intel N450 Atom processor. Similar to these computers, the VPCW211AX has amazing battery life of up to 8 hours.

The screen is capable of doing 1366 x 768 resolution and comes with Windows 7 Starter. Webcam, bluetooth, and wifi are all included as well.  Another benefit which is going to please a lot of people is that it also provide Gigabit ethernet.

The only kicker appears to be the $449 price tag. This is higher than the other netbooks coming out with the new processor but the increase screen resolution may be part of the price difference.

As far as parts go, the replacement battery for this netbook is VGP-BPL18, while the AC adpater is part number VGP-AC19V39.
