Now that HP has announced their new line of netbooks, something had to happen to the old ones.  Now when you check out HP’s website you’ll see their new Mini 210 series up and their older 110 series all but gone.  The 110-1050NR and the 110-1035NR remain, but it’s all for a great cause.

With new processors, and video cards which will provide longer battery life it’s a win for everyone involved.

For those loyalists who are clamoring to get their hands on a 110 series, you’re in luck.  eCost.com is selling the 110-1125NR for only $259.  This is a Windows 7 netbook with the following specs: 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 Processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB Hard Drive, Wireless 802.11b/g, Integrated 5-in-1 Digital Media Reader, 10.1” WSVGA Display, Webcam, Extended-Life 6-Cell Battery.  Also Amazon.com has a whole slew of 110 series netbooks on sale as well.
