According to an article posted on Crunchgear, MSI is hard at work to release a new netbook loaded with Windows 7 Starter.  The model number will be U230, which has specifications that look eerily similar to the HP DM3z.  It will have the following specs:

There’s no word on pricing, but there’s a good chance that it will retail for under $500 maybe even around $450.
