AMD Neo Vs. Intel Atom

In the netbook world Intel has owned the segment with their Intel Atom processor.  By pairing this low power CPU and an integrated video card, they were able to use little power and help product hit shelves which cost very little.

AMD wasn’t going to let Intel have all of the fun and their Neo processor is their own contribution to low power ultraportable computers.

According to Techpinas.com, Atom has a lot of ground to make up when compared to the Neo, but Intel won’t have to worry too much.  When the Neo is put up against a Core 2 Duo processor the Neo is left gasping for air.

The Intel Atom and AMD Neo were meant for similar fields. The Core 2 Duo isn't. That's not quite a fair comparison.
