Everyone Covers HP Mini 1000 3G

Chance Stevens 24 November 2008 34 views View Comments

If you’ve been online today, the big story across the web is that the HP Mini 1000 supports 3G or it was molded to allow a SIM to be inserted into it.

More than three weeks ago, this was mentioned on several site, but it’s just now coming alive.  Electricpig in the UK was one of the first to cover it.

Today, you can find similar reports on  your favorite netbook-reporting blog:

-Gizmodo: gizmodo.com/5097493/hp-mini-1000-already-supports-3g

-Liliputing: www.liliputing.com/2008/11/how-to-enable-the-hp-mini-1000s-3g-modem.html

-Engadget: www.engadget.com/2008/11/24/hp-mini-1000-now-supporting-3g/

Since it’s hard to speak more about something everyone is already speaking about the only other option is to report on the people reporting on other reports.  We may not be too far off from netbooks being released to carriers the same way the iPhone was, in several countries which support GSM to help drive adoption.

    No worries.

Online it's a competition to bring up the best information as soon as possible which is why a lot of times, our posts end up being original content or our take on something someone has already written about.

There in Europe is the Samsung NC10 big? I have a post about the rapid rise in searches for it and would love the perspective of someone over there.

    Cheers et Merci.
  • Well seen ! Good job !
This is exactly the way we try to treat the information before report it.
This time, we treat it too fast and we didn't found what you have found, so we failed this time ! ;-)
I'm happy to find someone else who try to report information not just by using Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V ;-)

PS : sorry for my bad english, you have already seen that I'm French ;-)
